REMINDER OF IMPORTANT LAMAS BEAUTY
INFORMATION:
Don't forget, if you wish to combine
or change an existing Lamas order you must call 888-738-7621 or
email
cs@lamasbeauty.com. The Lamas Beauty Customer Service
Team will then email you a confirmation message. You must click on
the Confirmation Link inside that email within 72 hours. If they do
not receive this response, the order(s) will cancel.
Also, to cancel a Lamas order you must
email Lamas Customer Service. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a
response. Customer Service WILL respond confirming the cancellation
of your order. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours of a
cancellation request please resend that email request.
As always when you make a change to an
order or combine two or more Lamas orders, the new billing and
updated point value will not show until the restructured order bills
successfully. However, any orders cancelled to be combined will
cancel immediately. Please keep this in mind when changing/combining
orders for True Essentials or Lamas.
PowerNet Global Update:
Effective immediately, all PowerNet Global orders must be placed
online. We are no longer able to process paper applications for
long distance service that are faxed into FHTM Corporate Office.
Please be sure you are entering the correct information into the
online sign-up form.
Promotions for the month
of September/October:
Customer Promotion
When: From Aug 28.- Oct. 31
Who is eligible: New representatives
What to do:
• submit a minimum of 5 QSB customer points within 10 days of
signup
• A minimum of 2 must be outside of the household
• Points must be active within 30 days of submission
Why do it: Receive
$100
T/C Promotion (U.S. Only)
When: From Sept. 1-Sept. 30, Oct.
1-Oct. 31, each calendar month
Who is eligible: Trainer/Coaches that are personally qualified for
CGU through
7 levels. Must add two new QSB points, outside of the household, in
the given
month you wish to be eligible.
What to do:
• Sponsor a minimum of 3 personal reps
• One of those personal reps must become a T/C (not upgrades of
previous
representatives)
• The new, personally sponsored T/C, must add a QSB point
outside of the
household
Why do it: Receive
$300. Can be earned once each calendar month.
RSM Promotion
When: Representatives entering from
Aug. 28-Oct. 31
Who is eligible: Any new representative
What to do:
• Become an RSM within 30 days of rep date
• Must have 10 submitted customers with a minimum of 2 outside
the house
Why do it: Receive
$500
*Representatives can
not qualify for both the T/C and RSM promotions in the same month*
